
WolskyTales is a personal portal devoted to the pursuit of well-being. It’s a space where stories and practices are shared to support your journey toward peace, balance, and a more mindful life.
This space is led by Kasia—the storyteller behind most of the posts—and Szymon—the man behind the camera and video magic. Oh, and we’re a couple.
We don’t pretend to be experts. We’re just regular people—with our own ups and downs—trying different tools and approaches to stay mentally and physically well. Through sharing tales, we hope to inspire, comfort, and connect with others walking a similar path.
About Kasia
I’m a digital marketer with over 15 years of experience, primarily in the B2B space. My work has focused on content creation, strategic planning, and managing creative projects.
Alongside my professional path, life has naturally expanded my focus. After navigating a series of health challenges, I started to explore practices that support both mental and physical well-being—yoga, meditation, breathwork, journaling.
In February 2025, I completed my Yoga Alliance Teacher Training (200TTC), opening a new chapter of my work and life.
I’m not here to offer advice from a pedestal—I’m simply someone learning, practicing, and sharing what’s been helping along the way.
About Szymon
Szymon brings over 10 years of experience in video production, working across interviews, promotional videos, and animations. He’s collaborated with a wide range of brands—both big and small—crafting visual stories that connect and engage.
He’s the quiet presence behind the scenes (and the camera), but his creative eye and technical skills are essential to the video content shared here.
Outside of work, he’s a fan of stand-up comedy, anime, and winding down with a good game. He’s also a meticulous and thoughtful observer of political life—never afraid to dig deeper than headlines.
