Certified Yoga Instructor
I’ve been practicing yoga for over 8 years, and it remains a steady part of my everyday life—on and off the mat. I completed my 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher training under the guidance of Ania Olszewska and Mateusz Deker from Yoga Academy in Poznań, whose presence and depth continue to inspire my own teaching.
Currently, I lead stress-relief Hatha yoga classes at Zielony Taras in Poznań, holding space for a small, intimate group. These cameral sessions focus on slowing down, connecting with the breath, and gently releasing tension—something I try to bring into every class I teach.
